Our chef, Jérome Cadillat, who before used his talents in the Crillon and then at Dutournier, has at last found what he was looking for in the vineyard of Troplong-Mondot. With products from our henhouse, orchards and vegetable garden he is able to create his homemade regional cuisine.
Our guests can also, if ordered, taste dishes which enhance our wines. Lunch or dinner can be served in our dining room situated next to the cellar. In these refined & luxurious surroundings we can cater for forty around a huge fire.
As soon as it gets warmer you can finish your visit of our cellars by a delicious meal on our patio overlooking the vines and the Dordogne valley.
Within cellar and terrace, the restaurant "Les Belles Perdrix" welcomes you every day but Wednesday.
- E discovery menu (3 courses): 45€ per person for lunch and 50€ per person for both lunch and dinner..
- a tasting meal at 70€per person for dinner only.
